Important: Scope of Service
Windows and Doors Repair LLC is NOT a licensed Florida contractor. We provide minor repair and maintenance only. For installations, replacements, structural work, or any service requiring Florida contractor licensure, we refer customers to licensed local contractors at no cost.
Service Scope
Repair only. We do not perform new window or door installation, impact-rated replacement, HVHZ-certified work, hurricane glazing, building permits, structural work, or large commercial projects. These are referred to licensed Florida contractors at no cost.
Pricing and Payment
All pricing confirmed by phone before any visit. $89 diagnostic fee credited to repair. Flat-rate quotes communicated and accepted before work begins. Payment due upon completion via card, check, or approved methods.
Workmanship Guarantee
30-day workmanship guarantee on parts and labor we install. If same issue returns within 30 days, we return at no additional charge. Guarantee does not cover damage from new events, hurricanes, accidents, or wear unrelated to repair.
Liability and Limitations
Maximum liability limited to total amount paid for service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Hardware sourcing delays beyond our control may extend repair timelines.
Disputes
Disputes resolved through good-faith discussion first. Unresolved disputes governed by Florida law. Venue Miami-Dade County. Mandatory mediation before litigation.
